God loves you and wants to have a relationship with you, but you have to decide if you want to know God and obey His Laws - He will not force Himself upon you. This book is about God; His character and attributes; His Son, Jesus Christ; What you can do to get to know Him; His Word, the Holy Bible; His Law, The Ten Commandments; Prayer.
It is also about getting 'Right' with God - Righteousness and about Trusting and Obeying God. We will also talk about Heaven and Hell, Sin and Satan, Judgment Day, what happens when we die, and why did God have to send His only Son, Jesus, to earth to live among us as a man? What prompted God to do that? Why did He feel it necessary? More importantly, what should you do with or about Jesus Christ? What about religion, how does that fit in? The book's title promises Joy and Peace - how does God factor into that discussion?
The target audience for this book is three groups of people:
